What do I do if my item is defective?
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us with a picture of the faulty item and your order number. We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours. (email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
Can I exchange my items, if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, you can!
Contact us at within 48 hours upon receipt. There is a $5 charge for processing and shipping of the new package. We will invoice you through the email provided in your order.
Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons. We don't accept returns unless the item you purchased is faulty. If you received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours upon reception, with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to: email@example.com.
Can I return my sale item?
All Items purchased in our Sale Section are FINAL SALE.
